Brent has over 30 years of management and marketing experience as an owner/operator and as an executive level manager, both in the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, Brent has owned a beer distributorship, a movie cinema, a youth entertainment center, and a restaurant. Transitioning from an entrepreneur, Brent became the Vice President of Operations of a regional advertising agency before becoming a partner in the agency. After serving five and half years as the County Manager of Kanawha County, West Virginia’s largest county, Brent joined Terradon Communications Group in 2010 as its President and Chief Motivational Officer. A graduate of West Virginia University with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Brent provides TCG’s clients with the unique ability to provide the marketing expertise needed to make their website exceed expectations.

Tina's marketing and advertising background helps clients find their marketing strategy to edge out the competition. She will work with you to develop the best solution for your needs. Prior to joining TCG, Tina was a database administrator of one of West Virginia's largest corporate law firm and was in the advertising industry for 10 years prior to joining the firm. She has won several Addy awards and her artwork has been published in both West Virginia and South Dakota.

Jason has over ten years experience working in a wide array of software and website development. Former clients that Jason has worked with are NASA and the FBI. (Not sure we can tell you about the others) Clients appreciate Slim because he starts each project with a simple question "How can I help?"

Phil brings a high level of experience in software development, creative graphic design, and GIS development to TCG. With over 14 years of experience, his skillset is unique in that he offers both high levels of experience in software development and creative design; not very many developers can make this claim. In his free time he loves to kayak the New & Gauley Rivers in West Virginia, which helps him to recharge his creative batteries.

Josh is our expert on Kentico CMS, as well as, skilled in various integration applications. Prior to joining TCG, Josh worked on “secret squirrel” stuff for the FBI, so you know your work is in good hands when Josh is working on your project. Within his first 6 months with TCG Josh became a Kentico Certified Developer.

As a recent graduate of Colorado Technical University, Robyn is ready to take on the world, well at least the World Wide Web! Prior to joining TCG, Robyn was a Signal Corp Specialist for the Dept. of Defense and Technical Support Supervisor for Qwest. She brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm to TCG which will undoubtedly reflect in her work and your website.

Mike has over 15 years' experience in networking and system engineering. In other words, he is the guy that keeps everything running! How good is he? He has been know to rebuild a switch for a client after it had been drenched by an accidental sprinkler discharge - now that's good!

Trina Buckalew has served as the Customer Support Coordinator, Email/DNS Administrator, and Office Manager for Terradon Communications Group for six years. Trina brings the “human” factor into any situation bridging the gap between clients and developers to find a solution that best fits the client’s needs. For hosting operations, she manages client concerns, client machine & network issues, e-mail setup, DNS configuration, assists with training issues and troubleshoots web site issues as well as basic html/CSS coding changes for clients. In addition, Trina provides the extra ability with her Kentico development skills.

Roxy has been with TCG for over 10 years and brings a smile to every client relationship. As the client’s advocate, she provides a unique perspective on each project TCG performs. Most recently Roxy has become TCG’s expert on our ScribeStat transcription software, working with both TCG’s transcriptionists and independent clients. Roxy is a Marshall University graduate with a degree in Communications and keeps the entire TCG staff in line with her Black Belt.
